Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing validated tools to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that are tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings or face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring continuity of services.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in trainings and workshops to refine clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
