Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient and family assessments, systematically triaging care to ensure timely interventions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment progress and refine care plans during team meetings and documentation processes.
\n
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of and ability to address the varied physical, psychological, and social needs of patients across different ages and backgrounds.
\n
• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Maintain ethical standards and complete documentation in a timely manner, adhering to departmental expectations.
\n
• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to support patients in achieving their personalized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients in an outpatient setting who may be experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By leveraging a person-centered approach, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Willingness to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on client demand.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
