Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying unique needs and areas for intervention.

• Administer appropriate graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions to address the identified needs of clients, facilitating their mental health journey.

• Communicate assessment outcomes and proposed treatment plans effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to departmental protocols and regulations.

• Provide comprehensive case management support, collaborating with hospital staff and community resources to ensure a continuum of care.

• Utilize clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to formulate and implement personalized therapy plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
