Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history, mental health status, and overall well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a client-centered approach, addressing addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process and the importance of family involvement in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
