Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to inform your understanding.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and circumstances of each client, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Provide counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the documentation is both thorough and accessible for treatment continuity.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences, contributing to team discussions regarding client care strategies and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. Qualifications\n
