Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological, social, and emotional well-being. Utilize your clinical expertise to make accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders, facilitating targeted treatment approaches.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group sessions. You will employ evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal progress and support for each individual’s recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Recent graduates or those with limited/provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care. You will also need to be proficient in using technology for documentation and teletherapy sessions.
