Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, including substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and challenges, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques suited to diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your ability to engage with clients through empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong clinical skills will be essential in building trusting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a fundamental requirement.

• Possession of an active Independent LMHC License to practice in New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
