Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients while developing strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their treatment progress and stability, address upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Document client interactions diligently, ensuring progress notes and treatment records reflect accurate information and client progress.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and unique circumstances before initiating treatment.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based practices to foster client engagement and healing.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback, and enhance professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners to coordinate care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
