Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients in setting therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions through secure video conferencing platforms, adapting approaches according to clients’ preferences and treatment progress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, session notes, and client progress in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with other mental health professionals and providers when necessary to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique challenges and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport and facilitate effective remote therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and maintain a non-judgmental, supportive attitude throughout the therapeutic process.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while keeping track of treatment plans and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with digital therapy tools and a familiarity with telehealth best practices.

• Prior work experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
