Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a holistic understanding of each client’s mental health challenges and strengths.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients through regular feedback and collaboration, ensuring a safe space where they feel empowered to share their thoughts and emotions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment methodologies, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

This position primarily focuses on serving clients grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in New York.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
