Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing different mental health challenges such as substance abuse, mood disorders, and anxiety. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and may require culturally responsive therapy that acknowledges their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a proven ability to work effectively with individuals facing complex mental health challenges.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Strong appreciation for cultural competence in therapy, with experience in delivering sensitive and inclusive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
