Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients preferring virtual sessions or those experiencing barriers to in-person therapy, ensuring accessible and continuous support.

• Document clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a mental health provider in the state of Arizona, including options such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
