Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, specifically Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed to help clients through stress-relieving techniques that foster mental clarity and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness strategies.

• Guide clients through structured mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, actively engaging them in their therapeutic experience to enhance self-awareness.

• Facilitate online group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
\n
• Create tailored individual therapy sessions that integrate mindfulness methods to address specific mental health concerns, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that emphasizes mindfulness and overall mental health improvement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress reports, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development activities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in MBSR and related therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a therapist will focus on a diverse clientele seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, and other mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills in meaningful ways to facilitate positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions, enhancing clients’ coping mechanisms.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish a calming and supportive therapeutic environment that invites openness and trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n
