Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive therapeutic sessions with patients, focusing on their unique mental health needs while under the supervision of nursing staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state board — we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Strong evaluative skills to make informed decisions and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic nature.
