Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, incorporating standardized tools and individualized interviews.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address specific psychological, emotional, and social challenges faced by clients.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family therapy, to clients both individually and in group settings.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care, maintaining a dialogue surrounding client progress and challenges.

• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and effectiveness, providing immediate, appropriate intervention and ongoing support when necessary.
\n
• Engage in community outreach activities, working actively to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma around mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who confront issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders. This role allows you to gain experience in culturally competent care, working with clients from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field specialized in mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients; previous experience engaging with diverse populations is a plus.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding in interactions with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in documentation and organizational skills, adeptness in electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a community health setting or related environment.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, with a strong understanding of best practices in remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
