Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• A strong capacity for empathy, showing compassion and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be viewed favorably. Experience working with specific populations, including those facing anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
