Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing various screening tools to evaluate the mental health status of clients.

• Develop effective, personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy through diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches to facilitate personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build therapeutic relationships.

• A strong empathetic approach and a non-judgmental attitude to foster trust and openness during therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates at varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with direct experience in providing teletherapy, as well as familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities for treating anxiety and trauma-related disorders. Experience in an outpatient private practice setting or a telehealth environment is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
