Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings utilizing standardized tools and questionnaires to identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans reflecting best practices in mental health care.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and crisis intervention services, utilizing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Facilitate online support groups and educational workshops that focus on fostering resilience, coping strategies, and personal development, empowering patients to take charge of their mental health.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance resource availability for patients.

Qualifications\n
