Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying unique needs and developing trusting relationships.

• Provide individual and family therapy, customizing therapeutic techniques based on assessed needs to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Ensure accurate billing, thorough documentation, and completion of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms promptly.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to assist clients in maintaining stability and enhancing their well-being.

• Create effective discharge plans that guide clients through their transition and support ongoing progress.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical practice in all aspects of care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, honing skills to provide the best possible care.
\n
• Engage in case consultation and agency meetings, actively contributing to team discussions and shared learning experiences.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain professional credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
