Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, you will engage with clients primarily in our outpatient program, focusing on young adults ranging from 18 to 30 years old. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will conduct engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages sharing and mutual learning among participants.

• Providing Individual Counseling: You will deliver personalized therapy sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborating with clients to design individualized and achievable treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and goals is key to this role.

• Monitoring Progress: You will utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to keep track of client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will communicate regularly to coordinate care and provide consultative support for more complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes adolescents and young adults confronted with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Active LPC licensure is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
