Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs, challenges, and strengths, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Diagnose and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, integrating feedback and adjusting care strategies as necessary.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, including coordinating discharge plans and referrals to additional services and community resources.

• Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding mental health practices while ensuring adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, offering appropriate referrals and supportive resources.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with community agencies, healthcare providers, and support systems to optimize patient care.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and patient notes in a HIPAA-compliant manner, utilizing our user-friendly case management system.

• Advocate for clients and families by facilitating communication and resolving barriers to care with various stakeholders.

Qualifications\n
