Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized care plans.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues, continuously adapting treatment plans to address client progress and changing needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate effective discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, facilitating open discussions and creating safe spaces for healing.

• Refer clients to external resources, including community services and support groups, to enhance their well-being.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory standards, acting within the guidelines of the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Organize daily tasks based on patient priorities, refining care approaches as new issues arise.

• Conduct social work consultations to supplement therapeutic interventions and provide additional support to clients and their families.

• Advocate for clients by coordinating care with other providers and agencies, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Address crises as they arise, providing immediate interventions to clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve our diverse clientele comprising individuals from varied ages and backgrounds, all dealing with an array of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and services.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition, you may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
