Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a range of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring high standards of communication, documentation, and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their journey towards recovery.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
