Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering clients the tools they need to cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, showcasing your attention to detail.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each client.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to both contribute to and enhance the clinical knowledge shared within the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist, confirming your professional qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
