Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Effectively implement therapeutic interventions, guiding clients through their mental health challenges, while fostering resilience, strength, and hope.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and a high level of professional integrity.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team during case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care we provide.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources, equipping them to better navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities and a proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
