Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and address the unique needs of each patient.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, encouraging community engagement and peer support among patients.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, promote mental wellness, and monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring timely and professional support during emergency situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population struggling with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Your role will enable you to create a supportive and understanding space for your clients, significantly impacting their recovery trajectories.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a varied clientele.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of professionalism and ethical integrity.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
