Key Responsibilities\n

• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Offer teletherapy services to cater to those who prefer virtual sessions or experience accessibility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse client base dealing with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Each client will benefit from your tailored approach, ensuring they receive the most suitable therapeutic interventions for their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a strong empathetic approach conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high levels of organization in a remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
