Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess the needs of clients and identify appropriate treatment paths.

• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions for adolescents and adults through video and phone consultations, adhering to best telehealth practices to ensure client confidentiality and comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse population of adolescents and adults who are facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree being strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the right candidate.
