Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share and work through their concerns.

• Provide referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary, including psychiatrists for medication management, ensuring comprehensive client care.

• Document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and confidential client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client cases and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass individuals grappling with a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing culturally responsive approaches to ensure their needs are effectively met and their voices are heard in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations and mental health concerns.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with an ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
