Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments with new clients by utilizing structured interviews, standardized assessment tools, and engaging in active listening to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to design and implement effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique journey toward wellness.

• Ensure the integrity of clinical documentation and adherence to confidentiality standards through robust record-keeping while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care by engaging in case discussions and referrals as needed.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families by discussing mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources to foster empowerment and resilience.

• Participate in continuous professional development through case consultations, workshops, and reviewing current research to enhance your therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

• Proven expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to effectively apply them to tailor treatment to individual needs.
