Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in crisis intervention, utilizing your skills to stabilize clients during high-pressure situations and facilitate appropriate referrals when necessary.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Each therapist has a full caseload of clients, ensuring you have a robust and rewarding practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
