This position is based in an outpatient office setting, where you will primarily engage with clients through a remote platform. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and additional mental health professionals, all striving to create a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health status and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to address the unique challenges faced by each individual.

• Provide ongoing therapy, including individual and group sessions, to support clients in overcoming mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients to additional services when needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating clinical proficiency and a commitment to client care.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a proven ability to apply these concepts in a practical setting.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
