Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, giving you the autonomy to create and manage your caseload as you see fit. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine their needs and the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings, ensuring comprehensive care plans for your clients.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide ongoing case management, acting as a liaison between clients and various community resources to ensure effective support and treatment continuity.

• Troubleshoot challenges in a timely manner, demonstrating professionalism in all client interactions, from assessment through intervention.

• Complete documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards to maintain compliance and program integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. You will work with diverse populations and be expected to adapt your methodologies to meet the cultural and individual needs of each client. The goal is to empower patients through effective mental health strategies to achieve better mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid licensure from the State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience that encompasses direct client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
