Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to monitor client progress, address stability concerns, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee innovative, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients’ mental health histories and current challenges.

• Keep meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Adopt a growth mindset, proactively seeking feedback and honing skills in various therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients who may be dealing with complex mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and with differing needs will be vital in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Exceptionally strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
