Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs, conducting thorough assessments, and implementing treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-supported therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, addressing emotional, psychological, and social factors influencing their well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a direct patient care setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and provide compassionate care.

• Proficiency in managing electronic medical records (EMR) and familiarity with relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
