This position is entirely telehealth based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients. The regular workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting your professional commitments while ensuring you have time for personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, actively listening to patient concerns and diagnoses to build effective coping strategies and interventions.

• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their journey to recovery.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment updates in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to ensure accurate and ongoing patient care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay current on the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
