Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all communications.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support to clients, integrating medical, psychological, and social resources appropriately.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
