Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and challenges, employing active listening and empathetic communication.

• Develop and implement effective and personalized treatment strategies based on individual needs, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities relevant to each client’s situation.

• Maintain a warm and engaging presence throughout the counseling process, fostering trust and rapport that empowers clients to openly discuss their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary in age, socioeconomic status, and mental health issues, providing you the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for these clients, where they can navigate difficult emotions and work towards healing and self-improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
