Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building trust and establishing meaningful working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health progress, address challenges, and prepare for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans with clients, ensuring each plan aligns with their unique goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progressive notes for each client, using patient management software to track treatment and progress.

• Administer intake assessments to understand new clients' mental health needs thoroughly.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to reflect on your work, celebrate successes, and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrist partners, to ensure consistent care and interchange of invaluable insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with an outpatient population, which includes a broad spectrum of clients—adults, children, and families—who present with a variety of mental health challenges. Your role encompasses addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, with the goal of improving clients' overall quality of life through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, allowing for independent practice.

• At least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, where you have provided direct psychotherapy services.

• Comfortable utilizing technology and software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, and email platforms to manage client data and communications effectively.
