Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring a treatment approach tailored to their specific situations.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
