Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to create personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting methods to fit individual client situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in Texas is essential.
