Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Meticulously document all client interactions, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, ensuring thorough record-keeping compliant with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care and support for clients, engaging in multi-disciplinary case conferences when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n
