Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, conducting regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans and strategies as necessary.

• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to state guidelines and ethical regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and participating in training sessions to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
