Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's mental health status, history, and support needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Short Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and constructive environment for shared learning and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies to encourage positive outcomes.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing substance misuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in specific areas such as family therapy, substance misuse counseling, trauma-informed care, or couples therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill set. Additional benefits include unlimited client referrals, which allows you to focus on therapy without the burden of handling billing and paperwork.
