Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging group sessions that foster connection, discussion, and mutual support among participants.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver compassionate one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that target their specific challenges, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients come from diverse backgrounds and may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the skills they need to navigate these challenges and achieve meaningful change in their lives.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
