Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing counselors to provide services from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a strong connection with clients. Our outpatient office serves as a supportive hub for team meetings and collaborative case discussions. We operate within a flexible schedule framework, accommodating client appointments from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of formats, including individual, group, family, and couple's therapy.

• Employ a diverse set of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, bringing in perspectives from different specialties as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
