Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while building rapport to establish effective therapeutic relationships based on trust, professionalism, and ethical practice.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, ensure treatment stability, and determine appropriate discharge timelines when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Accurately document treatment interventions and maintain up-to-date progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational standards.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to gather essential clinical information and establish treatment goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly while ensuring alignment with the best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth mental health, including adolescents facing anxiety, trauma, and various emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
