Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance integrated care strategies.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continued education to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, clinicians are also eligible for a sign-on bonus, offering immediate recognition for your contributions.
