Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to individual clients and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus the potential for performance-based bonuses.
