This role primarily operates in a remote telehealth setting, offering therapists the flexibility to work from the comfort of their homes while reaching clients across Maryland. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting methodologies to cater to different therapy formats (individuals, couples, families, and groups).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other counselors, to create a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that records reflect client progress and treatment changes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and webinars to stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, supplemented by performance bonuses and a SIGN-ON BONUS to support your transition into our team.
